As the founder of Guardian Dental Compliance, I bring 45 years of experience in dentistry. I began my career as a receptionist, gained my dental nursing qualification, and then a post-qualification in radiography. Over the years, I have managed both NHS and private practices, and worked in community and hospital settings. I have successfully relocated multiple practices and project-managed new builds and squat set-ups.
